Lin, Chung-Cherg (Institue of Earth Sicences) Chen, Chien-Chih (Department of Earth Sciences, National Central University) Mineral Physics has become one of my research interests after I took Dr. Liu, Ling-Gun's course in 2001. After I became a faculty member at National Central University (NCU), two undergraduate students and I initiated a project with Dr. Chung-Cherng Lin. One year later the students graduated from NCU. The collaboration with Dr. Lin couldn't remain because I was too busy to work on this topic. Until 2015, Dr. Wen-Pin Hsieh started to advise one of my graduate students, Keng-Hsien Chao, who is enthusiastic about minerals, on such a topic. I always feel pleased that I can/could have those opportunities to learn from them. |
