 Academic Interest : 
Geomechanics, crustal deformation, earthquake hazards, active faults and folds.
I am a non-traditional geologist who works with field observations and geodetic data and numerical and analytical modeling to investigate active deformation of lithosphere. I am particularly interested in how deformation is accommodated by earthquake-induced faulting and folding on the ground surface and in the upper crust
